Method
Mix bread flour, milk powder, butter, salt, sugar,
mashed potato powder and the yeast liquid into a soft dough (use the
'screws' of an electric mixer, I found it very useful and handy)
Knead the dough (constantly sprinkle more flour
on the dough) until it's not sticky.
Knead 25g of shredded cheese to the dough until it
becomes smooth.
Put the smooth dough into a large bowl and cover it.
|
|
-
Let it raise (ferment) for around 30 minutes.
-
Release the air by punching down the dough and knead
it some more and cover it again and ferment for another 30 minutes.
-
Preheat the oven to 180¢XC.
-
Cut the dough into small pieces (~4-5cm in diameter).
Put some shredded cheese in the middle of the small dough and smooth
and mold it into a ball.
-
Place them on a greased tray (I use silicon baking
sheet which is an excellent tool, no oil is needed) and let it raise
for another 10-15 minutes
-
Bake it for 20 minutes.
